Our Committees
A committee is a small deliberative assembly that is usually
representative of a larger one.
It can either be appointed or elected to be responsible for a particular task.
Committee reports requiring action that affects the larger assembly must be presented for a vote by the larger assembly.
NOW ! is the time to join us to establish a Special Library / Museum of Palm Beach County's rich and unique Black experiences of those Pioneers who lived east in the Styx (now the Town of Palm Beach), West Palm Beach, the Glades, South to Boca Raton (Pearl City) and North to West Jupiter.
Interested person(s) should feel the need to help preserve the rich history of resilience and accomplishments in human endeavors by the African Diaspora to the development of Palm Beach County, and create a place to display and perpetuate this valuable history where residents may learn and grow.
They should be willing to give their time and expertise, and recognize the importance of sharing accomplishments with others.

Grant Writing / Technology / Social Media Marketing / Fundraising / Researching / Interviewing Skills / Digitizing / Videography
